Refund Policy

Learn how we handle refund requests of customers and other services.

To ensure that we offer 100% customer satisfaction, despite digital services, we entertain refund requests from our customers so they are all the time satisfied with our services. Below are the terms of our refund policy. In case, any of the terms isn’t listed as per your case, you’re always open to contact us at info@wablews.com and we’ll offer the best possible service.

Error In Charge Processing:

In case of any payment processing errors from our side or by your side that may result in duplicate charge on your bank statement, we shall will refund you 100% of the duplicated amount. Simply contact us regarding the duplicate charge and we’ll refund after verification of duplicate charge. 

Free Web Services:

Certain web services including web design, web development & SEO are free from only for startup businesses. Refund of free web services are governed by following terms:

  • All refund requests must be made within the first 48 hours of the service purchased in this category.
  • If refund request is made after 48 hours (48 – 120 hours), you would be eligible for 50% refund. 
  • Domain names purchased by us for your business are not eligible for refund. You’re open to point or transfer your domain to any other hosting provider. We shall provide you with full access of the domain.
  • Any refund requests made after 5 business days are not eligible for refunds in this category.
General Refund Terms:

General refund terms are eligible for all of our services other than free web services. To ensure 100% customer experience, refunds of all other services other than free web services are governed as per the following arrangements:

  • All action plans, marketing strategy or web wireframes are presented as first draft within 24 – 36 hours thus any refund requests made within the first 72 hours of the service purchased are eligible for 100% refund.
  • If refund requests are made within the first 7 business days, you would be eligible for 50 – 70% refund depending upon the work done on your project.
  • If refund request is made after the 10 days of the service purchased, you’re still eligible for refund, however, the refund amount will be calculated as hours of work done on your project or the percentage of marketing & SEO strategy being implemented. 
  • No refunds will be issued if you request refund after 15 days of service purchased as we’ll be almost near to the completion of project.
  • Items such as domain names, SSL certificates, privacy protection of domains are not eligible for refund, however, we shall provide you full access of domain name. You’re open to transfer or point it to any other server you want.

Once the refund has been processed successfully, you’re liable to delete all materials including design wireframes, marketing strategies, and SEO action plan as after the refund, the rights will be automatically transferred us. You agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any material or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to do the same.
